A flavour that encapsulated our ski fields, our Canterbury plains and our beautiful beaches. Spring ski in the morning and surf in the afternoon. How many cities can boast that!

Toasting Marshmallows like outdoor fire pro's.
The Chefs have been trialling and testing the best ways too toast Marshmallows on mass! So they can blitz into our gelato for optimum Toasted Marshmallow taste. What we've learnt? To get the best taste into our Rollickin gelato is to toast til nearly burnt! Thankfully no fire wardens were needed and everyones eyebrows are still intact. When you hit our Rollickin Gelato Cashel Street store you might catch them torching.  Rollickin Gelato making Fun!
