This gelato flavour was inspired by our Rollickin Gelato Cafe Cashel Street location. We love working and grooving in this busy central city neighbourhood (Yes, we're nuts about you neighbours! X). Whippin caramel and toasted Cashew Gelato with layers of house made Chocolate Cashew Fudge and Rollickin's special gooey thick caramel sauce and toasted cashew pieces. ⁠Our homage to you Cashel Street friends. 

This flavour is a Greatest Lick (voted by Christchurch) and yes contains NUTS!
And is whipping only for a limited time.
